Connecting Tests and Requirements

We know how important it is to maintain the traceability between tests and requirements, which is why Valispace allows you to directly connect your Requirements from the Requirements Module with the respective test or test step. There are two different ways in which you can materialize such a connection:

• From the Requirements Module, by adding a Test as the Verification Method to a specific Requirement

• From the Test Procedure Module, by adding a Requirement to a specific step of a Test

Back in the Requirements Module, you can then easily filter for all requirements which don’t yet have a test associated to keep track of your test coverage:
