The Jira integration is a separate application and therefore it will require a separate license.
The Jira integration will be free, however, it requires the Organizational Security Package.
We are currently in the Open Beta phase.

In order to get the Jira Integration you need an active Altium 365 Workspace with the Organizational Security Package.
To use the Jira Integration within Altium Designer you need a least version 24.6.
We still recommend to use the latest version of Altium Designer to get the best experience.
To acquire the app, interested parties should enter their email on the Jira integration website, and a salesperson will contact them.
If you already have bought the Organizational Security Package, you can activate the integration in the Workspace settings (Admin -> Apps -> Jira)
When a ticket is marked as Done, the comment will be hidden by default but will remain visible in the Done column of the task dashboard in Altium 365.
Yes, future plans include connecting Jira tasks to releases, design reviews, and integrating other workflows and processes.
To configure and connect the Jira integration, you need an Altium 365 Workspace.
Once configured through Altium 365, it can be used in Altium Designer as well.
Yes, multiple Altium 365 projects can be mapped to one Jira project and vice versa.
You must decide during creation whether to create an Altium 365 comment/task or to create/link a Jira issue. You cannot convert an existing Altium 365 comment into a Jira issue.
